Yaye, had so much fun yesterday!
I had a movie marathon with my cousin, hahas. We watched Kungfu Dunk and Ah long ptd ltd! Wahlao, we were like being totally hua chi, and kept screaming at their shuai-ness. And by they, I meant the three main male leads in the basketball team. MUAHAHAHAHA. I'm drooling right now hehehehes. Whenever they scored, we will clap la! haha, cannot control.
Then the ah long ptd ltd, wah, really is laugh until can die. HAHA. got one scene that involves pink pants hor, is classic man. cannot say too much if not u all go watch then not funny le. lolol, really is like damn funny lah! GO WATCH. entire cinema was ROARING with laughter. Man, i really don't know what's wrong with the 8days movie reviewer. Gave 0.5 stars only!? it's worth 3.5 at least lah, miserly old hag.
oh anyway, after the movies, we went starbucks(waste of money, but whatever, its my birthday. i have the right to be indulgent(or so i told myself to comfort my heartpain-ness at paying $5.50 for a cup of coffee) ). bought Auntie Anne's cinnamon sugar pretzels too! YAY! i love it man. yum yum to infinity.
Went shopping around PS for a while, before heading to the Forum to have dinner at Secret Recipe with mum.....but it was closed! damned. Had to settle for the PS branch, where the food was kinda sucky. probably due to the fact that it didn't have a proper kitchen, but still.... ugh. Totally ruined my fond memories of delicious spaghetti, mmHhhmm mushroom soup(they didn't even have it) and yummy etc. gaaaah! Had a slice of cake there so that i could sing a birthday song and blow out the candles. =))
However, due to my bu-shuangness at not having ate mushroom soup, we went around PS in search for it. LOL. my mother was even more determined than me, and she was like, after we asked swenson(i own one) and they don't have, she went to ask cafe cartel too. but it wasn't worth the effort in the end, cuz the soup we found in cafe cartel was.....quote the waiter "powder form made one", thus, NO MUSHROOM. wtf. $3.60 for a bowl of FUCKING SOUP THAT WE CAN BUY IN NTUC FOR SO MUCH CHEAPER? grrrrrrr......
blah blah. the night ended happy though. love my mum when she's in a good mood. xD
P.S those who wished me a happy birthday, belated or not, thank you. Knowing that you are remembered is a nice feeling to have =)
P.P.S i don't care if you wanna steal my friend. It's up to her if she really treasures our friendship, and makes it clear that I am her supposedly best friend. Look at steph and shumin, and val and audrey and yilu. It is sooo clear that they are best friends, despite them having other good friends as well. But us? i have to fight for it man. And it's making me so tired. I gave up once. I don't know if i should give up again. I don't even know whether she really treasures me, or is just keeping me for the sake of it. Call me jealous, but im just really sick of feeling like a bogus best friend.
